By accessing and using CircleStudio (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

CircleStudio is an all-in-one short video creation platform that empowers creators with AI-powered tools for design, generation, and publishing of short-form video content.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Plan details, pricing, and features are available on our pricing page.

3.2 Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days notice

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
• Free trial cancellations take effect immediately

4. Usage Rights and Restrictions

4.1 Permitted Use

• Create videos for legitimate business and personal purposes
• Use generated content according to your subscription plan limits
• Download and use videos you create through the service

4.2 Prohibited Use

• Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Use the service for spam or unauthorized marketing
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Share account credentials with others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to our service. You grant us a license to use your content solely for providing the service to you.

5.2 Generated Content

You own the videos generated using our service, subject to our terms and any applicable third-party licenses. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

The CircleStudio service, including our AI technology, software, and platform, remains our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology.

6. Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Comply with usage limits of your subscription plan
• Use the service in accordance with these terms

7. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide customer support according to your subscription level. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Third-Party Platform Integration

8.1 YouTube Integration

CircleStudio integrates with YouTube to enable you to upload and publish videos to your YouTube channel. By connecting your YouTube account, you authorize CircleStudio to:

• Upload videos you create through CircleStudio to your YouTube channel
• Access basic channel information for display in your account settings

You can revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account settings. CircleStudio's use of YouTube APIs is subject to YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

8.2 TikTok Integration

CircleStudio integrates with TikTok to enable you to upload and publish videos to your TikTok account. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize CircleStudio to:

• Upload and publish videos you create through CircleStudio to your TikTok account
• Access basic user information (username, user ID) for display in your account settings

You can revoke this authorization at any time through your TikTok app settings. CircleStudio's use of TikTok APIs is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

8.3 Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with YouTube's and TikTok's Community Guidelines
• You are responsible for any violations of third-party platform policies resulting from your content
• CircleStudio is not liable for content removal or account suspension by third-party platforms
• You must have the necessary rights to all content you upload through CircleStudio

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CircleStudio and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Third-party platform actions (e.g., content removal, account suspension)
• Errors, bugs, or interruptions in the service
• Loss or corruption of content or data

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies
• You remain responsible for any fees incurred before termination
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service notifications. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where the service operator resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms.
