What We Do NOT Do With YouTube Data:

• We do NOT use your YouTube data for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes
• We do NOT use your YouTube data to train AI/ML models
• We do NOT share your YouTube data with any third parties (except YouTube itself for uploading)
• We do NOT store your YouTube videos or content on our servers after uploading
• We do NOT access, view, or analyze your YouTube analytics or subscriber data

Your Control Over YouTube Data:

• You can revoke CircleStudio's access to your YouTube account at any time via Google Account Permissions
• You can delete videos from your YouTube channel at any time through YouTube's interface
• Disconnecting your YouTube account will immediately stop all future uploads from CircleStudio
• You can delete your CircleStudio account and all associated data at any time

CircleStudio uses TikTok API Services to enable you to upload and publish videos to your TikTok account.

How We Use TikTok Data:

• We access your TikTok account only to upload and publish videos you create through CircleStudio
• We retrieve basic user information (username, user ID) to display in your account settings
• All TikTok data is used exclusively to provide CircleStudio's video publishing functionality

What We Do NOT Do With TikTok Data:

• We do NOT use your TikTok data for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes
• We do NOT use your TikTok data to train AI/ML models
• We do NOT share your TikTok data with any third parties (except TikTok itself for uploading)
• We do NOT store your TikTok videos or content on our servers after uploading
• We do NOT access, view, or analyze your TikTok analytics or follower data

Your Control Over TikTok Data:

• You can revoke CircleStudio's access to your TikTok account at any time through TikTok's app permissions settings
• You can delete videos from your TikTok account at any time through TikTok's interface
• Disconnecting your TikTok account will immediately stop all future uploads from CircleStudio
• You can delete your CircleStudio account and all associated data at any time

CircleStudio's use of information received from TikTok APIs adheres to TikTok's API Terms of Service and Developer Policy.
